Hello Maria!

I hope you're doing well.

There are 1000 reasons why you may not get any sales.
Could you send me to your website by private message so I can check it out and give you some suggestions.

Meanwhile you could read this interesting article that explains CRO best practices: Do's and Don'ts of Conversion Rate Optimization - Marketing tutorials - Clicktrait

I am also available on Skype for a chat.
Cheers!

I suggest you to use some free video tracker of users behavior on your website and analyse it. There can be simple problem with usability - you should understand on what stage users break up more often. but sure there must be some technical reasons too or maybe you just target wrong audience who are not interested in your products.

Hi Maria,

100 clicks a month is very low traffic. That is only about 3 visitors per day. You will need a lot more traffic than that to get the data you need for CRO.

In your niche people typically visit a website dozens of times before making a purchase. Consider setting up a Remarketing campaign to bring targeted visitors back to your website. Those that make repeated visits are far more likely to convert. Once you have increased your traffic you will have enough visitor data to begin analyzing and testing.

Make sure that you have marketing analytics implemented to track and measure the user behavior on your website. Setup conversion funnels and use them to pinpoint where along the path to a conversion your visitors are dropping off. This will give you a clue as to which page you need to focus your improvement efforts on. You might be losing visitors during the checkout, or even before they make it that far. Your marketing analytics data will answer those questions for you.

If you post the name of your website then we can take a look and let you know if there are any glaring errors that might be easily fixed. Please provide your website name.

Hello Maria,
There are a few questions you need to ask yourself with regards to your landing pages / product pages:
Is there a clear call to action?

Is the 'add to basket' or 'buy' button clearly visible?

Are you using the best price point?

Are you making use of discounts?

Is your page uncluttered?

Is your copy clean and correct?

Bad grammar, spelling and even overuse of cliches will steer customers away from your products immediately.

You need more traffic in order to get serious statistics.
It's also important where those clicks come from. Are those people already interested in buying jewellery before they click?

There would be much reason right from the layout of your site. Concentrate on ON-page SEO, write pleasing content and images to convince your visitors of your site.
