Hello and thanks for your help

I'm working on my site www.capitaljunk.ca and I desperately need help to increase the conversion rate The ma8n goal of the site is to get people to book a removal online, many people start the process but few finish ....any ideas ?

Where are you getting your traffic from? How prequalified are these leads?

How many steps do they have to go through?

Is there one common step they're balking at?
