What are your success stories in getting signups to your new business really fast on ZERO budget? What did you do?

Not sure how this goes with CRO, but...

Success, Free, Fast & New never mix. When it does, the only success you find will be in the grind you do. If you buy into the crap being sold on the WF these days, you may buy into the 'How I got 25,593 subscribers in 72 hours for free' products out there, but that's not reality. These same product creators are the ones asking to review other traffic generation / list building products in the next month.

If you don't grind in a new business, then nothing ever comes fast or free. Albiet, I am not in the 'IM' market as most of you are, and I can attest that the IM market is on a completely different level than the 'real world'. So things are very different in the IM niche than let's say health & fitness.

Anyhow, I'm derailing now...

When I first started I spent 8 hours a day for three days straight on Facebook to promote a webinar I did myself. I got 173 sign ups, 94 actually showed up. and 6 people bought a $497 product. Zero refunds. Clearly not a push-button, but fairly fast results.

I currently get some optins daily from Youtube and/or organic traffic, but I wouldn't recommend relying on SEO or stuff like that. For Youtube, I'd say you'd want to put out at least a video a day. I have about 375ish videos online myself... maybe 2-5 optins a day from that. I don't count subscribers though.



My last note to anyone who is glancing on this thread is this:

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE.

You either invest your time or money to get anything done.

Technically you do have to hire someone to do the work for you so yea technically it isn't free. But for example:

Hiring an agency to help increase ticket sales. The agency creates a survey, promotes the survey on facebook, and people see a link within the survey to buy a ticket. Ticket sales shoot up in 1 week.

Something like that. I'm always curious to see how people get signups on ANYTHING really FAST. Whether they hire someone to do it or not. The key is...SOMETHING happened and it was done really quick.

Whenever someone says "it can't be done fast enough", there is always someone else out there who HAS done it quick enough. Problem is....they just haven't come out with HOW they did it

I'm not so sure even you know what you're asking for...

In your OP you asked for ZERO budget solutions. That is why I told you fast + free = doesn't exist without a massive time sink.

You're confusing free and fast.

I get 200 optins a day just off of Adwords, 50 a day on Bing, 200-400 (wide range) everyday with media buying. To most people on WF, that's huge. Is it fast? Sure. It happens everyday.

What I think you're asking for is how to do something super quick with little effort with zero budget so you can make bank extremely quickly.

If you nodded your head 'yes' when you read the above statement, then go to the WSO section and keep dreaming. Anyone who is making significant amounts of money ($100k+/mo) works at it a lot and puts a bunch of time and committment into it.

Back on topic, I used to work with nightclubs and bars running FB ads. I was able to generate $2k in bottle service sales off of $50 in adspend. I did this for almost 6 months.

You have to be able to get creative.

EDIT/Disclaimer: I once again want to reiteriate the difference between 'IM' and non-IM business models. There is a vast difference here.
