No conversion. Pls review my website

Dear Warriors,

I started launching my first Adwords campaign 2 days ago. It brings me about 60 visitors/day. CTR for this adgroup is quite good, around 4-5%. But I have no conversion, that means no sales. Just 10 sign-ups for a free account

I know you probably tell me that the traffic is low, but my goal of conversion is 1%, (so the campaign should bring me '1.2' sales for 120 visitors in 2 days).

But I have no sales now. Please tell my what I could do to increase conversion.

My website is https://eduqueen.com, a TOEIC preparation course.
The destinations URLs for ads are homepage and https://eduqueen.com/free-toeic-test

Hey there,

The good news is that there's a lot to improve in that landing page. To start with a visitor lands there and only sees text. You could definitely use some buttons (especially call to action buttons) or at least images on your brief sales copy to make sure people feel compelled to read the text.

What you have right now is a bland page that your first page visitors find boring, so they won't read and quickly hit the back button.

You could definitely use at least an exit pop window to try to get some people to join a free email list.

Your font seems too small. You might want to test your page with a bigger font to make it all easier to read.

Last but not least, your website appears to be extremely slow. I'm not sure if it was your page or my connection, but I had to wait for 10 seconds to see your page. If I was a real visitor I would have left before I could even read your content. You might want to double check that.

I’m an Internet marketing Consultant. Hit me up if you’re struggling to grow your traffic or need to boost your conversion rate.

Improve your home page big time...

You should get a nice sales page developed on WHY people should choose your service and what they can expect to get.

Like mentioned earlier, there are no images or buttons and the text font is small.

You also have no optin box and not collecting any emails.

Remember the fortune is in the follow up.

Sometimes it takes someone 7-8 emails to finally get started with you.

Expecting sales right out of the gate straight from an ad is pretty wishful thinking.

Could it happen? Sure.

Will it happen? Unlikely.

What you're getting, signups, is more probable. They're not bad, anyway; you can continue to market to them. They've stuck their hand up and said, "Yes, I'm interested in this!"

But from a numbers standpoint...you're at the beginning of your campaign. 120 people in your funnel is not enough to know anything. You don't know what works in your funnel, and what doesn't.

Is your traffic source good? Don't know.

Are you attracting pre-qualified prospects? Don't really know.

Is your conversion system working? Don't know.

At the beginning, your numbers are likely to be awful as you figure it out. Expecting a 1 or 2% conversion right off the bat is, again, wishful thinking.

Thank you for useful information.

I want to split out the problems. Is my Adwords campaign good enough? What is your CTR? Mine is 4-5% and CPC is around 0.25$ (the buying keywords for my niche, not information).

If you say my Adwords campaign is good, I will then focus on improving my website

I have noticed that some buyers like to mull a bit on certain things. They also like to do quick research of competitors. So be patient. Some of those 60s will be back after they mull a little bit.

This is exactly why any affiliate company will offer a 30 or 60 day cookie duration for a sale.

So you should use analytics and try see if you have recurring visitors or something to see if they are still biting. Good luck.

Thank you.
In fact, I am running another website in my country, its conversion rate is 0.25% (from SEO, not adwords). And I also recognize that someone will buy my product after one or two weeks.

Agreed. I have ran campaigns for a day and then give up hope because whatever. But then a week or 2 or even a month later; Sales would start poping up and that's when I remember that the sales probably came from the 1 day campaign that I ran weeks back.

So then I run another one. I'm still trying to break in the paid campaigning as well. Good luck.

Your pages are not designed to convert. They look like they are made for search engine spiders. Use images and a strong call to action. You can create a landing page(or just get an idea from it) using LeadPages. You can select from templates that convert the best. Also add a static bar or popup and ask people to subscribe to your list in exchange for a gift. If visitors don't buy they might subscribe and buy from you later.
