Hi, First time on this forum. A client sends out a quarterly EDM with 10+ offers on various products and product combinations in their business. The 'shop now' buttons for each of the offers in the EDM link to the corresponding product pages on their website. I'm thinking it might be a better user experience and higher ROI exercise if they sent a much smaller EDM with a link to a landing page which displayed all the available offers. This way I can track the user experience using heat maps, user recordings (HotJar), remarket to them and have LiveChat on the page. Does anyone have an opinion on this strategy? Cheers |
