hey warriors, i need someone to critic this page and tell me why it is not converting
it got more than 3000 targeted visitors and no conversion happened

It is difficult to know just like that. Maybe they are not targeted enough?

If its not working, why not using squeeze page? (you can use your text too) this way you can capture email and contact them again since they showed interest in that.

With your page you can never contact them again.

Organic search is OK, but social media doesn't mean they are targeted. They clicked, but they are not looking for that product.

What percentage of organic traffic from total clicks?

As I told you, my opinion is a combination of both: no targeted traffic and no optimized page.

That kind of website is built for SEO, for people who search about that product, so I would work on that. But for social media... I think you should go with a squeeze page.

First I would create a landing page without all the distractions and noise. No navigation links at the top, no recent posts links to the right, etc.

Secondly as stated above, it really comes down to targeting. Traffic is always a good thing, but traffic does not = conversions. You will increase your conversions once you properly identify your target market, and have a laser focus marketing plan that directs them your landing page. Try some $5 fb ads to do some testing.

Test, test, and test some more.
