I'm been looking at this site for so long I can't figure out why its not converting. I would really really appreciate any feedback

The site is www.capitalbins.ca and the purpose on the site is to get people to book a bin online

Quick right off the bat.. Load time is terrible 10 secs + ( east coast USA ) and the next thing.... "Ottawa's best pricing" is hurting you in many ways... I'm looking for a bin.. #1 answer I need answered do you cover the area I am in... that green line of text to be honest.. I missed it.. had to scroll back up to catch it. I would trade out the bin image for a coverage map Change the green text to something like Serving Ottawa and surrounding areas.

I honestly would drop the best price thing you have going on.... you are simply ASKING people to keep searching for a better price. IF you want to go this way.. Lowest Price Guaranteed would be a better solution. Look at Walmart Target etc.. the term used is "Lowest". I wont get into it..but there are reasons for that - it has to do with buyer habits and conditioning... anything other than, and you are fighting a up hill battle.

I would play with "book" and "Schedule" The subtleness here... I want to schedule something based on my schedule... I BOOK appointments based on whats open at the doctors office etc Again this plays to buyer habits and conditionings

hmm the whole get started button... you are asking for a conversion to get a conversion if that makes sense. It sounds like "Lets get started" is going to be a process. Why not drop the delivery date and 2 options right in there on the home page.. MAKE IT EASY - reduce the friction and anxiety.

Hello!

There are several factor to get conversion. Make sure to have a great capture mechanism in placed. Meaning when your users landed into your website, you can hook them and you should also provide a good flow of your users experience in your website.

What's so interesting about the bin and why people should need one?
That's the question you need to answer. Put yourself in people's shoe.
Do I need a bin? Why do I need a bin?
Analyze your site, especially on what you offer so you know how to target your audience.

Your page is REALLY slow! Your page is responsive but most mobile users will leave your site within 5 seconds if it hasn't finished loading.

Site for me speed is ok, perhaps he fixed that,

I like site design and ordering is easy (assuming it works till last step).

Have you done good niche research to know there is demand for this product, people are actually buying this product online right now? And are you getting targeted traffic? Perhaps the traffic is the problem not site.

I think your website need more details to convince visitor buy it, why you don't show your price or strengths more clearer?, don't force them have to click to see it! Instead you should add more choices to the product, like the models of the bins...., good luck
