Can someone help me with this FB ad + landing page?

I just ran this ad for 48 hours and got 1 sign up which cost me $15. Would love any feedback at all on this ad and landing page. My FB goal was conversions and my interest targeting was Amy Porterfield.

    Hi there. My first question would be what Audiences are you focused on?

    Here are things I would change:
    1. Your text is too long.
    2. Try these ad texts and I'm sure you'll get more clicks, therefore improve your CTR:
    "Free Checklist - 10 to increase your Instagram engagement"
    "Free Checklist - 10 things that can help you sell your products through Instagram"
    3. On your landing page, instead of focusing on the fact that you show your subscribers how to increase their engagement, you should focus on the fact that you show them how to book new consultations, and get their first client. I would move this part of your landing page on the top and put the rest below it.
    4. Split test different ad texts, ad images and Audiences and you'll find the ones that work best and bring the best results.

      I agree. The ad text is too long. you want something short and somewhat provocative or intriguing to get the readers attention and make them want to click through
