Problem with my website.

Sorry for my english, i'm french.
I have a website on free tarot reading and blog.
I think i have a problem with my conversion rate.
30 000 visitors/months.
150 0000 page views/months.
5 pages views par users.
rebond : 38%
time in website : 3m30s

Average 150 new aweber subcribers per months.
What do you think about it ?

For the site structure that you have.. I think the number is not to far off base. A half a percent isn't overly great.. but I think you are leaving a lot on the table. I cant read or understand anything on your page. But, you have good use of different media in your posts and the author box at the bottom is saying "Do you have Questions"? I think... Maybe open that up a bit more "Do you have questions or comments"

The most important thing here is the right side bar on your post pages.. they are blank. You should incorporate another option to get on your mailing list there, and see how that helps your conversions.

...you would have to take into account that some/most part of your monthly visitors could be bots. Do you get your data from hosting? If so make sure you are checking for the unique visitors information and also find out how the traffic is getting to you...i.e keywords, referral links.
