Ah finally a CRO forum!

I'm so glad Warrior Forum has a CRO forum now. It's about time this awesome topic gets more coverage - it can often increase your sales or leads just as much as increasing traffic can!

If anyone has any questions, I will be glad to help out and contribute.

Thanks!

Sir,

I have been reading your stuff for the last 6 months or so. All I can say is BIG fan. Since your not supposed to self promote, I will help you a bit. If you have played with A / B testing, If you have played with Conversion Optimization Rich's Conversion Rate Optimization tool box is for you. Forget the fact its FREE, it really is a set of documents to lead you in the right direction.

Glad to see that you have Joined the Warrior Forum Community!

Rich,

A question... I have an affiliate site ( www.soccerdynamic.com ) I pass a fair amount of traffic through it. My biggest issue is the drop off from clicking from my site over to the affiliate site. If you click into a product, you will see my call to action is "Buy Now" My overall conversion rate is ONLY 3%. 3% is good... don't get me wrong. But 100 people click a button that says "Buy Now" and the other side is only closing 3%?

Is there anything that you could think of that I could test, or add or change that could increase the Conversion? - other than biting a huge bullet and opening up my own store? ( and yes I have thought about it! )

Thanks!

Savidge4 - thanks for the kind words, and the mention about my toolbox!

Interesting site. I think you need a lot of helping making it look/interact much more like an ecommerce store. For example, the navigation is not-consistent with other ecommerce sites. Also, you need to make your unique value proposition much stronger, and more prominent, rather than just seeming to be another place you can buy soccer gear.

If you can somehow, I would pull in the reviews and ratings for each product - that will help build social proof and increase sales.

If you are looking for a website review, send me a PM.

Thanks!
