Hi, I'm offering a service on my Wordpress blog that requires a customer to provide me with extended information before I can process their order. I'm not sure of the best way to do this. Do I use a form to collect this information BEFORE I send them to PayPal? or, do I present the form on my 'Thank You' page following payment? Whats the best practice for this type of thing? My biggest concern is if someone uses a different email address on the form than their PayPal email. This could cause me a lot of confusion trying to work out if someone has paid or not and which service they have bought. Also, is there any way I can integrate an 'eMail Subscription' into this process? Any advice anyone can give me on integrating PayPal with wordpress without using a cart but collecting extended information would be really appreciated. Btw, I do have SSL on my site so any solutions that need this is okay. |

first, you can add your external information need after payment is done, but you should state this before making the payment and/or on your product description... cause of this customers will be forced to give additional information after making the payment. YOU'LL GET THE TRUST OF CUSTOMER AND MOUTH PUBLICITY WITH THIS |
