What type of whiteboard video are you needing? I have a few guys I might be able to steer you too. Not sure of your budget or what quality is needed. The real professionals are getting a few hundred at least. But there are certainly quality people out there for less.

There is a guy on fiverr that I have used called Bogdanzah who is very good. You could also download a free trial of videoscribe as they are actually pretty easy to do yourself.

Sellamations was/is the premium solution before all the diy animation software came out. I guess it depends on the end result you require and how much assistance you require with the storyboard and other areas around the creation.

Go to fiverr. I have some good sellers from fiverr that I outsource my clients' videos. It a very lucrative business as the video can be sold 3 to 4 times which I paid in fiverr.
