I would like to share my thought, epiphany even, for the day.

Perhaps I possess little experience or wisdom to impart to the masses here but, if I have learned anything from scouring these boards and dabbling online it is this:

Copy right for yourself. Copy, write, for yourself. Copywrite FOR YOURSELF.

I think I will copy, write this on a card and strategically post it where I can view it constantly, for myself.

Clearly I am a bit slow, but I believe it is finally starting to sink in. . .WRITE COPY FOR YOURSELF.

    Here is some trivia I recently uncovered.

    Copywriting - originally was Copy Writing
    Copywriters - originally was Copy Writers

    How or when the 2 words became compound words I do not know.

    Yes, this! You know I did a little digging prior to posting and decided to leave the compound form as I so often see it here. Thanks for sharing the history! I think I shall go back to "copy write" after all.
