Hi guys!

I was just watching a record of an old Gene Schwartz's talk at Rodale, and one thing caught my attention.

He talked about routines he used for writing.

In short, his routine was:
1. Sit at the "writing table"
2. Open the file on the PC
3. Set the timer for 33:33 minutes.
4. Wait until boredom kicks in.
5. Go through copy with no expectation nor goal, while improving the text.

So..
What is your routine?

I read the transcript to his Rodale chat not long ago, it's a little bit of a hidden gem.

I think more than anything, scheduling time to write and do nothing else is key. I'd be nowhere if I didn't regularly set up blocks of time where ALL I'm allowed to do is focus on specific tasks to help my business.
