Hi, I am trying to get many opinions and suggestions for my website's redesign. Please discuss every factor of graphic design conversions that i should confront to my graphic designer about.
So far I got:

"PLR EBOOK CLUB" spaced out a little more
"Instantly Profit Over 400 Niches"... without the plus sign
the "as seen on" at the bottom should be featuring at the top, or you can customize to make it at the top.
The copyright section at the bottom, there should be no dash in PLR eBook Club.

Have the entire "Join us today" text moved over and then a huge exclamation point that is equal height to both lines combined next to it!
Thank you!

You have no sales letter - asking for a critique on graphic design
at this stage is just... abstract.

Your template (or whatever you call it) looks fine. What matters
is what you've got to say and how relevant your offer is.

That said, your theme is a bit dark, cold and somber. I've noticed
some of the most highly-tested and profitable sites on the internet
are bright and peppy (ie. Amazon.com).

Agreed. Have a look at apple's site. I always look at them to see what is "IN".

I would go with plain background or at least whiten the wallpaper bk.

Just a small thing but I like the 'Join us today' tag but the word us can be read as US as in United States.

thanks for the comment. I guess I can add a change to the color theme onto the design. (probably: blue, white, metallic or orange) i could make the main color blue, due to the use psychologically effective colors. The color blue suggests quality, trustworthiness, success, seriousness, calmness-the perfect choice for sales pages.

    more opinions are welcomed....

Ah missed one thing...there is no call to action "BUY NOW" or whatever.

IMO you would be better off focusing on your copy first. Get that handled and the graphics will fall into place.

    You've already hired a copywriter, haven't you?

Why ask the forum when you're already paying for a professional opinion?

But more importantly, you want a critique from copywriters of a site with no copy?

C'mon man. Step the game up. The graphics look nice, a huge improvement over the other site design in your sig. Which is also odd because I remember seeing it discussed here a few weeks ago and yet your screen name is new.

    Ludovic,

As some have already pointed out, you should be obsessing over your copy -- not your graphics.

But, since you asked about graphics, let's start there...

I'm not fond of the little metallic "weebles." How, exactly, do they relate to PLR? I'd get rid of them and just shorten up the header. The purpose of the header is simply to "brand" your site. The headline is what really matters.

However, if you want to keep the little metal men, you should have your designer re-render them with ray-traced reflections turned OFF. Right now, the reflections of the little men are being picked up by all the other little men -- making them look like "eyes." (That's why some of them appear to have one eye and the one in the background seems to have three eyes.)

Next... the orange tag doesn't match your white/silver, blue, gold color scheme. Change the burnt orange color to gold.

Finally, the one bit of copy you do have -- "Instantly Profit From Over 400 Niches" -- sounds like the vague hype we see on every other internet marketing site. Be more specific. Off the top of my head, I'd use something more like this: "407 PLR Niches You Can Start To Profit From TODAY. Our FREE Tutorials Show You How..."

    Good luck to you,

    Johnny

Excellent observations about the subtleties of how and how
not to use Weebles to sell stuff, Johnny.

Thanks Loren. Those little metal men remind of "Weebles." You know, the old kiddie toys... "Weebles wobble but they don't fall down." (I probably watched too much Saturday morning TV as a kid.)
