    Most businesses and even ecommerce type businesses would have difficulty in designing a similar approach to Ikea.

    We all know the Amazon approach...most people who bought this also bought that....

    But what advice would you give to the business that doesn't have the capacity to build an Ikea experience....

    How should they get customers to purchase more?

    I'm not suggesting you recommend the usual Upsell here but what triggers and structure could people put in place ...in your opinion... to maximise their returns from the traffic they have through their stores be them physical or online?
