Luck with your own websites?

Hey all,

I've seen a lot of information on copywriters making money with clients.

From the few weeks of research I've done on copywriting, I am thinking there are opportunities to make some money AND hone skills by creating your own websites and selling products via affiliate programs.

Basically, write copy for your personally developed niche sites.

Is this a viable model for copywriters?

The hidden trap that nobody ever talks about:

Talented copywriters are often our own worst clients - by a hard mile.

When we're working for a client, we open a vein and bleed out for them

When we're working for ourselves, we open a beer and a new Facebook tab in our browser.

I think you mean YouTube. ha I guess that's why Dan Kennedy doesn't have the internet... so he doesn't get sidetracked like the rest of us.

Anywho, here's one of The Gary Halbert Letters that explains if you need world-class copywriting you're going to have to learn it yourself: The Gary Halbert Letter

How true. The hardest person to work for me to work for is ME.

So am not the only one with that problem. Copywriters Anonymous.

So, I can make money with my own sites by not bringing drinks near my work computer, and staying off of Facebook!
