Does anyone have a swipe of Jeff Paul's "How to Make $4,000 a Day Sitting at Your Kitchen Table in Your Underwear" full-page ad in Entrepreneur magazine or elsewhere?

I still own the corresponding booklet. Just couldn't bear to part with it because it's so cute.

        I'm surprised the original display ad can't be found using Google's
        advanced book search (magazine option). I've found several other classic display ads there but not this one.
