    I'm selective, but I do work on spec regularly for a piece of action long term.

  • Eh, I saw it as an interesting way to reframe the argument. Let's be honest - most people suggesting spec work have NO clue how it works and have no intention of recurring business "if they like it".

    I've done spec work too, but only when *I* am the one offering it.
