Copywriting Tactics For The Author

I am a published Kindle book author on Amazon (my genre is true paranormal and ghost stories), and would be very interested to receive some tips for creating copy with a view to increasing my book sales.

Also, when people are searching for a "copywriter", which do you think is the most common search term they would use? I mean, my business is based on the Wirral, so I am just wondering if I should change my domain name Wirral Writer to one that includes the word "copywriter" in the title.

Sorry, but it was not my intention to spam.

    I know.

But a better tactic is to wait for answers to your questions than to ask similar/the same questions in multiple threads in a short time frame.

PS - that link under your name? Belongs in the sig.

Oh, I see where you're coming from now. Again, apologies if I have been a bit too over-zealous in the regularity of my postings. It's just that I like this forum very much and so want to contribute as much as I can.

Most good clients are not searching. They may be scouting, which is different. But they are not searching. The best way to sell just about any service is to go directly to the most likely candidates and make yourself and your services known.
