For everyone here who has been very successful with copywriting, what's your story? How did you reach your level of success

I think it would be great if you could give some of your wisdom and advice that you have. It would be helpful for everyone.

I am completely new to copywriting.

You become successful in copywriting the same way as you do in any other endeavor.

You work hard, you fail, you try again, and eventually you succeed.

Most people won't achieve success because they refuse to work hard and they don't like the idea of failing.

I agree with you both. My main question is- with so many resources on this website, with other people saying it's important to hand write great copy examples, and with practice, how is it I see posts of people on here saying how do I make 100k in a year doing this? I would expect everyone on here to exhaust the resources and practice more than people who aren't on this forum. Whats the difference between someone making a lot of money a year doing this vs someone who isn't?

      That's the question you're asking.

And I can only repeat my answer from my first post.

Most people refuse to put the work in. They want a magic bullet, a shortcut, a "weird trick", anything at all to get them the results without the work.

Study. Read things. Apply them to a real life situation.

If they work, continue them. Perhaps, even improve upon them.

If they don't work, either improve or scrap and find something that does work.

      Wash, rinse, repeat.

You have to be open minded, creative, a little crazy, have your own style, and unique don't make what every one else is making make new content. For starters.

Ha, sort of ironic reading this in the copywriting forum, know what I mean?

Some cause-oriented hackers recently hacked one of my websites. So I researched what they're about and then donated a large sum of money to the entity they hate the most.

The next time they hack one of my websites I'm going to donate DOUBLE.
