I have been building an email list in the work from home and business opp niche. I am looking for any recommendation on a site where I can hire a copy writer to write a series of follow up emails?

  You can post an ad on the forum - Wanted - Members Looking To Hire You
  
  Do as Jason said - Use Craigslist.
  
  Or you can look at all the skilled copywriters in this sub-forum and maybe choose one you like and reach out to them. Even look to see if they are running a special. They may not be cheap, but they will get you better results in the end.
