Outsourcing Product Creation

I guess I did not fully communicate my ask. I am looking for referrals for trusted sources that can:


1. Take a detailed outline and develop a information product maintaining the communication style of myself.


2. I would then need a resource to take the digital product and create a physical product. Disk is the only provider I have found so far that does this. I have no affiliation with them and hope that I can hear from someone who can refer me to proven providers that can produce quality material for me.

We've always used Kunaki for physical DVD and CD content.

They would make a good target for someone who could redesign their website and automate their ordering process.

One thing about Kunaki is although they look dated, once you format your product using their automated uploading system the file will arrive in their production facility and then when you order or integrate with multiple shopping carts the product will get manufactured and shipped within 24 hours flawlessly.

The other thing is the cost of production and shipping on low volume is unbeatable. $1 per DVD or CD unto 5 at a time and postage from $4.60 across USA and $10 worldwide.

With the ease of producing audio or video content I would encourage the OP to produce his product by a combination of video or audio dictation and then get someone like REV - rev.com to do the transcription. They do very accurate transcriptions for $1 per minute. Translations also if required.

Then get someone to help with editing or edit yourself.

Kill two birds or even three with one stone.

Video, Audio and Written then you can have digital and physical pretty much all done at once.

In many cases I now do a quick written outline with core points and then record an audio interpretation of what I want the course to cover, then transcribe, then edit, then record the course again from the edited content and after that add any slideshow content to match. This is a bit contrary to most advice given about writing and producing a presentation and then recording the audio.

The only reason I would suggest this is in the markets I'm in I find people will buy a digital product at a lower price quite readily and then easily accept an order bump for a physical copy of the same product or an allied product.

If you are doing the Video, Audio, Written route you can also get a membership site up pretty quickly including sales pages and sequences if you are using any of the better funnel builders. Clickfunnels for example.

You can also extract snippets, video trailers and teasers from the finished product to use in promotional activity.
