I have a couple of good testimonials from my offline work but I need to put something in my overview on But the problem is that I think they might come up as scammy or made up as they don`t come from or at least that`s what I`m thinking what are your thoughts?

You can always insert the name of the person who referred you. You can also ask if you can include their email address or social media handle. I think this helps lower the possibility of people to think these testimonials are scams.

You can simply state the name of the company, the tasks involved, skills you may have learned or developed along the way, and the length of the project/employment alongside each testimonial. It's not going to sound a bit spammy if what you placed in your overview are true. Let us know how it turns out. Good luck!

Hello, I think what you need to do is to create a name for yourself in Let members know you for as a contributor and not with sole purpose of advertising.
