Hi, folks!

I just visited two sites that used to be at the top of Clickbank for fitness:

http://www.venusfactor.com/

http://www.kyleleonfitness.com/mm/

Both are owned by Kyle Leon, who is a very smart and successful copywriter and business owner.

I know that, sometime ago, he was using much longer VSLs. But now, his videos are almost like super-short infomercials.

No story.

No "hoops" for the prospect to go through.

Just the classical John Carlton formula:

- Here's what I got.

- Here's what it will do for you.

- Here's what I want you to do next.

But for some reason, I feel I'm missing something. I thought people were tired of being outright sold to (that's why advertorials and native advertising are on the rise).

Plus, the above two offers are no longer at the top of Clickbank (other, classical emotional VSLs are).

So, what am I missing?

Kyle is smart and he surely has a reason for doing things this way.

What do you think?

Thanks in advance!

I believe I had added the links in my original post. Not sure why they didn't appear.

    I have added them back.

    Thanks!

Someone I know and who is beating he crap out of clickbank once told me that every CB product has a lifespan. Maybe that's the simple reason why they dropped...

    Yeah, that's strange.

Like Daniel mentioned before, maybe the lifespan of these products ended (they are on the market for many years now), and Kyle is simply testing a new approach.
