The best way is to create a pdf lead magnet according to the niche, then create fb lead ads and let them get the book.

You will use some tools like zapier and there by having the leads go directly to your autoresponder.

On fb you can even have a one time offer presented to them so that you recoup back your investment, this can be a clickbank offer, affiliate offer or Your own product.

So far this is the cheapest way of getting the leads into your autoresponder.

The click ads on FB work but its not as good as above mentioned strategy.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Thank You

Remember to do split test on your ads, on your lead magnet page, or any other are that need to do split test. Is really important, and is common to lose money at the start if you are new, so don't give up too fast until you get the right ads.

Remember keep testing, testing and testing. There is no perfect ads or lead page.

  • This may be a bit unorthodox, but I have found it to be a very effective method, create a lead magnet and a membership site, then give away your lead magnet for free in the membership site, which would require a registration for free of course

This is a powerful method as it would make your prospects feel like they are signing into something with a higher value so it would generate a higher response with the same Copy than a Squeeze Page would.

If joining is FREE, what do you offer inside the membership site, which has any exclusivity to it? I would feel like a PROSPECT.

Whereas when I join a Facebook Group, and have to jump through whatever hoop they give, I feel more like a member.

I'll take a member over a prospect all day long.

Kinda hard to answer when we don't know what your mailings will be about.

You don't really have to craft an ad if you use mobile monkey.

It's got a feature that whenever anyone comments on your post, it automatically sends a message to them.

You could say something like... "Hey Bob, love your comment. I'm putting together a mailing list so I can send some junk out once a week and I'm pretty sure you'd love it. You can always opt out if you think it sucks. If you sign up today I've got a special bribe for you...my free report, 7 Things I Wish I'd Known Before I Knew Them. Would love to send it to you and get your thoughts."

  • If you want to build a good list. Not a list of flakes who open emails based solely on dopamine inducing subject lines, then just be real with people. Instead of getting them to click on an ad, and sending them to a squeeze page... send them to a content rich article that solves one of their biggest problems BEFORE you ask them for their contact details.

If you do it well, you will achieve a few things...

    1. You will have demonstrated that you can solve their problems
    2. You will have demonstrated that you aren't in the business of tricking people
    3. You will have demonstrated that you are a giver, not a taker
    4. You will have set the expectations of what they are likely to experience when they DO sign up to your list
    5. You will have gained their trust

Your subscribers, and mine, have been conditioned to be skeptical of a certain style of marketing. And that skepticism isn't changing just because you are giving them a free report.

In fact, the free report you are giving away, is only as valuable as the expectations your subscriber had BEFORE they signed up for it.

    Really think about that.

If expectations have not been set by you, they will automatically be set by your prospects based on previous experiences.

The question is - what are those 'previous' experiences likely to be?
