Swipe Copy from a 30 Minute VSL

I wanted to give you guys some swipe copy from a 30 minute vsl I watched years ago.

The product and niche isn't included, but it really isn't all that important.

And 90% of the material in the vsl speaks to the video's target market.

However, there is copy that's used to create attention and keep the audience's interest for the entire video, that anybody can use to sell their product.

Anywhere there's an underline, you can substitute your own product, techniques or results.

I included a handful of lines of copy but I think these are good lines of copy for generating attention, building hype, delivering benefits, presenting the price and more.

    But the vital ingredient in the wonderful world of copywriting is...

    Before I reveal this magical answer - it's not so much the wondrous words, $150,000 in the guru's books and courses (close to what I've spent over the years), ever improving formulas or no formula at all (just bucket loads of empathy).

    All this is more than helpful.

    But sadly vanishes into the ether unless...

    You have and can expertly present an absolute, categoric - can be proven to and applauded by the supreme court and given a standing ovation from your prospects -

    An Irresistible Offer.

    Ensure resistance is futile which is why it MUST be Irresistible (emotionally, financially and logically).

    Tell your clients how and why this must be done and persuade them to run it - and take lots of time crafting it - (no half hearted, rush, rush or dare I say it formulaic "heard it all before" attempts) and you'll notice everything else becomes so much easier.

  • Problem I got with 30 minutes most stuff is how agitation quickly transforms into a desire to headbutt whoevah seeks to waste my precious frickin' time.

    tbh I got 30 minutes cinema time, prolly it already been devoured by binge-watchin' hot TV shows & movies way more compellin' than no stoopid timesink 30 minute offah prolly you could write for 5 if'n you got synopsis talents allied to charm.

      If the copywriting is world class, your interest in the subject will immediately grab a hold of you...and you'll want to hear more...and more...and more.

      The time, 30 minutes...isn't the problem...

      If the subject isn't compelling, a 5 minute VSL is 5 minutes too long. If the VSL is compelling..it doesn't matter how long it is. It should last as long as it takes to make the case for buying.

      How long is a love letter? a convincing argument? an apology? As long as it takes.

      How long was this post? 54 words too long.

        The words fit the bill like the bill fits the duck like the duck swims around in the pond lookin' all sweet & dinky.

        This means prolly ... reflective an' detail-hungry types might wanna have their suspicions confirmed & desires kinda met with longer form offers they can look over with a magnifyin' glass.

        For today's Instant Karma Lamebrains, quick & easy is the gateway to targeted pleasure.

        That's why [Warrior Forum Smut Alert] all length-centric copy variables swing as dictated by a menage-a-trois of constants.

        Key in the 3 here is the intended married couple -- showcaser/audience, seller/buyer, influencer/goober.

        Gotta be a meet point between the two, or nuthin' happens.

        Gotta be exchange, dialog, myootyool benefit.

        Third part is the FORM the meet point takes.

        Could be 1-to-1 sale, social media campaign, short lander, long lander, strategically deployed cutesy puppy dance troupe in the mall.

        Point is, this meet point where all the marryin' up takes place is real important.

        Mebbe I got a bias for short where sum here play dangliciously long.

        Such is my ditzoid curse.

        But what my menage analogy says is ...

        Here are variables to meet all copy what-is-there-iables.

        Two voices in the dialog askin' "what next?", meet point tba.

        tbh all copy gotta summon for super zackly what happens on a trooly special date.

        You gaze into one another's eyes an' take snaps.

        Panorama for them snaps?

        Hey, I had real sweet times in McDonalds could whup the flurry offa way swankier offers.
