How do i find the MOST successful Internet Sales Letters in a niche???????

Hi. How do I find the most successful Internet sales letters in any particular niche in order for me to create my own swipe file? What keywords do I use in Google? If I use Clickbank what Gravity do I choose to do my search?

For Instance, If I choose the "Natural Cure for Acid Reflux" niche and I wanted to find the most successful Internet sales letters that sold Digital products, books, etc. on this topic....

How would I go about it????

thanks

It's the underlying principles of the sales letters that matter. The structure and word flow. There are many others here that I'm sure will chime in and explain much better than I can.

Look at swiped.co and study those. You can search by niche. He's even got key points highlighted. That's probably the closest thing to what you're looking for.

I agree with Steven...copywriting principles never change.

I'd advise that you find successful copywriters that match your writing style and swipe ALL their letters. No matter the niche they are written for. Your copy becomes niche specific by using the specific language, lingo, terms and words the niche uses within your copy which you'll find in your research.

Nate, while it's true that copywriting principles never change, it's also true that driving emotions and the benefits products provide are different from niche to niche.

So looking at competitor sales material can be very helpful.

    1. Go to Google and key in "top acid reflux solutions" or something similar. You will be provided with a plethora of product websites to look at.

    2. Review sites are another way to get competitor sales info. Using Google, key in "acid reflux solution reviews". Go to the review sites provided, and at each one, click on the products they recommend. You will see a lot of good sales material on them.

Lately, I have been reading basically everything I can get my hands on when it comes to internet marketing and something like a constant I have always come across as the summary to all the advice regarding sales letters is this...

Don't reinvent the wheel. Replicate already successful sales letters and create yours.

This is just kinda similar to writing a blog post for the first time like I did, all I had to do was rewrite in my own words the review articles ranking at the top of Google and I was able to create mine which ended up starting my affiliate journey and making my first commission.

So regarding the Clickbank gravity, the rule of thumb for finding good products to promote would be anything from as low as 25 but since you are doing this for the sake of writing a great sales letter, then I would suggest you bump the gravity filter a bit higher of say 100 or more.

Read through the product sales letters and and write yours.

Another suggestion would be to get Dot Com secrets by Russell Brunson, I read through it and he has quite some info on Sales letters for front end and upsells. I think its free to download.

    Cheers.

    Acid reflux?

Talk to some people that have acid reflux.

Record your conversations... You're now learning what they're feeling...

You now know how to describe what you're offering.

You don't need to get second hand advice from others that have written about acid reflux... You have real life knowledge.

Get into what you're selling and learn what you're selling and how it can help...

After you know what you're talking about it's easy to explain it. It's called research... It's a long forgotten thing in copywriting

max5ty gave the best advice. I started a new gig and have been studying up more on copywriting again to help generate my own leads and this has been the advice mentioned.

Another trick, I think Jay Abraham spoke about, is to go to amazon for info. Look at the highest rated reviews for acid reflux medicines/treatments. People who used the products and write lengthy reviews, tell you exactly how they feel. So it's what max5ty suggested, just a bit of a shortcut.

All of the above is good advice, but still... Getting your hands on a blockbuster control (or several) in your niche is going to be a massive help too.

I think Clickbank used to rank promos by sales, but not sure anymore...

The simple/old school way is to carefully watch your competitors and see what promos they're running. If you see the same promo often, it's likely working.

If they're spending money remarketing it to you, renting lists, etc, it's likely working.

Moat.com gives you an idea of what creative they're using on ad networks too. It's not perfect, but again, you can see what appeals they are spending money.

So beyond getting insider access to their sales, you need to rely on a bit of educated guesswork.

    Cheers,
    Colm

  • Imagine for a second how you don't got no acid reflux prahblem yusself, and don't know nuthin' 'bout it.

Forget bonin' up on this is any way important.

Now go look in the mirrah an' ask yusself

    AM I HAPPY?

    AM I FULFILLED?

IS MY LIFE MAPPED OUT SURE AN' SWEET FOREVAH?

Tellya, you do that -- an' you don't blink -- you got bones on any script gonna be writ out for all comers desprit.

Such is my regurgitational obviousness, Sweeties.

You can use Clickbank gravity as an indicator of how effective a salesletter or sales video is.

Gravity counts the number of affiliates that have successfully made a sale of the product.

A high gravity means lots of affiliates are making sales with the product which means the letter/video is converting.

However, the downside of this is that there are some good products that for whatever reason only have a few affiliates promoting them, but their letters still convert well.

This is why its important to have a working knowledge of what it takes for copy to make sales so you can evaluate all the contenders in your niche without solely depending on the gravity stat.
