I could say a book, but it wont be the right one

I could say newsletters from a legendary copywriter,
    but he was too brash.

I agree with what the next person posts

Lol, come on Paul... say the $1000 course if need be

I actually heard in an interview (some guy in the fitness industry) that yanik's $1500 one is supposed to be the best, so it wouldn't shock me too much...

So far for me it has been John Caples Tested Advertising Methods.

He talks a lot about headlines and that knowledge helped me apply
it not only to headlines on sales pages and squeeze pages, but also
for Email Subject Lines, Video Titles, Blog Post Titles, etc.

    I highly recommend it

I had another marketer recommend this to me so I picked it up - its been a fascinating read and I find myself flipping through the headline chapters again and again as I work on things. I give it a high recommendation.

Oh and I can't forget The Lazy Man's Way To Riches.

It was recommended by Gary Halbert so when I got it I was expecting
to read about hard core old school direct response marketing.

However, the first half of the book has nothing to do with marketing
and totally shocked me and got my attention.

So much so that I practice "Dyna/Psych" every day now and am turned
back on to Napoleon Hill's stuff as a result.

Hard to really pick which one now that I am thinking about it
