COPY WRITING

I've been getting really good opt ins for my sales page for my book and conversions off total traffic I think is going good. However I'm all about test test test and would love the feedback on possible ways to increase conversions more. My sites in the signature.

Test the formatting, try a narrower width to make it more readable.

Your headline's missing words (maybe on purpose?).

Get the testimonials in boxes to help them standout.

Try focusing on just the opt-in rather than going for a sale as well.

Get a better order button: Belcher Button | Perry Belcher Top Converting But Button

Who are you? Why should I trust you?

the formatting unfortunately is due to templates. had tons and when put in text I wrote up stretched over template and couldn't read. Been messing with the testimonials to stand out but with both places I tried to do sales page didn't come out right.

I actually had more about me like mentioned andrew but again formatting. The opt in actually has been gold and it's right after that knowledge and Today I present you with line(you know I did that one on purpose-lol). From the opt ins give 2 free chapters and massive value every week which has been resulting in sales.

Any template sites or sales page sites so i can format better you guys work with> because wanted to sacrifice some snazz for more copy however if I can have both obviously ideal.

  are you referring to the physical template on those posts andrew? i was speaking of a site to put my copy on the templates not formatting example or did I miss it amongst the posts?\

how would you add that to your hosting? Like for example I use mycapturesystems now for like multiple campaigns and pick template and you add the copy-I used godaddy and templates with copy formatted worst than now.

To get that on my hosting I'd select 'Save Page As...'

Open it in a text or html editor, I've just started using (and am having great success with) EditPlus - Text Editor, HTML Editor, PHP Editor and Java Editor for Windows

Then I'd copy and paste my text into it, save it and check it.

And finally I'd upload it via FTP (try FileZilla - The free FTP solution) to my host.

That should be the way most hosting works, but if you're using a company's own software then I can't help.

Ok, I hate to sound rude but I'm not going to beat around the bush. If you want to sell something, especially an IM product you have to look professional. As your site stands I don't see how you are convincing anyone to buy your product. I suggest you hire a designer. Check out WOW Minisites or Plusminisites and have them put a site together for your. It will cost you $100 or less and you will at least look professional.

Sometimes constructive criticism is hard to take but I'm only telling you this because it's what you need to hear to be successful. Good luck and don't give up.

No offense taken woodja that's why I asked. The actually site I tried with couple places like said and copy would go off page and real issue. Last 2 still formatting and are spiffing up but wanted to sacrifice some snazz right now for copy until have both shortly.

The copy is actually pulling high optins as much as 30%(optins) and fair sales initial and then from optin follow up more sales. However I know once add style with copy I'll have a lot better results. Appreciate everyones time

I agree that if you're already getting conversion for your copy, then improving the layout will definitely boost conversions.

1. Tables, tables, tables. You can emphasize your important points by putting them into tables.

2. Add graphics or bullets to your bullet points.

3. Try to get video testimonials from your current customers. if you can't then try getting offline credentials like being seen in a magazine, trade journal, newspapers, local tv station, etc

4. Drop the major use of italics. Looks like you have one big quote going on.

Again, if you're getting conversions then improving your layout will do wonders for you.

Thanks everyone well it sounds like no one had one issue with my copy which is great to hear and it comes down to some formatting Basically. Been waiting to hear back from a couple options on snazzing up site and formatting issues. Appreciate all the feedback.
