Thats sweet, thanks, but i want a short one 8-10 words max- like a sentence.

That was good though, have you done copywriting in realestate ?

Oh, yes. Real estate is where I cut my teeth as a writer. Both content and copy.

Yes, I know you wanted 10 maximum - but if you want the best job done, you probably need more.

And this combines promise of reward (one of the Four Rs) in the headline with the fear of loss (even more powerful than promise of reward) in the deck copy.

          Warmest regards,

If you want to stack the copywriting deck in your favor with tricks and hacks producing winners like: "$20K in three days" "650 sold" "30% conversion", then you might like to know I'm retiring and will spill the beans to two people. More info here.

25 Mistakes Made By Experienced Real Estate Investors

I'm not sure who your target market is, so you can change that part appropriately.

Mistake headlines work good because they make people wonder if they're making one of the mistakes.

Thanks, but they wont be mistakes, they are tips to help them. Although that is a good one.

Your pitch is too general, IMO.

"Real estate" as a meme (look it up) may be a convenient
term for you, but it's a hopelessly broad subject for
    direct response.

Even for lead generation you need to get more specific.

Get the who, what, why, how, where and when in there.

Tell me you're gonna show me how to flip properties
    with no money down.

Don't tell me it's "real estate tips" because that means
different things to different people. While to you it may
feel like you are casting a wide net, to most prospects
    it will be hopelessly generalized.

You are NOT the only guy out there blabbing about how
wise you are about real estate (no offense intended). There
are a LOT of guys who want to make money teaching about
real estate (probably because it's easier and less risky than
actually doing it) and they are making HELLA NOISE on Twitter,
etc. and many of them are being very specific.

Here's the sort of stuff that gets under the skin:
"Give me 16 minutes and I'll show you how you can be a cash
millionaire flipping houses in under 12 months - using none of your own money"

    Real estate tips? blah.

    That's like offering a 7-up to a heroin junkie. He doesn't
    have any use for it.
