I'm looking for someone to write a 50,000 word ebook based on my notes. I am looking for references for writing - for my niche business. I would prefer someone with a background in business finance. Please PM me. thanks

  • If you want a 50,000 word ebook in perfect English on business finance, you need two things - a ghostwriter, and a bigger budget than you probably have. Neither of which you'll find here, unfortunately.

I can recommend Ghostwriters International - they may have space for a project like this, and will provide you with the best, most marketable book on business finance you've ever seen in your life. You'll have to pay an honest price for it, though.

If you're low on budget, you're probably better of writing it yourself. Or you could head over to eLance, and ask one of their freelancers to "at least take you out to dinner first."

There are some excellent business writers on elance - I'd put the specs in a job there and let them bid on it. You aren't bound by anything but will likely find someone qualified to do the work.

Ghostwriters International is another good choice. This is ghostwriting - not copywriting or article writing. Plus, for quality look for someone who specializes in or has experience in business writing.

Exchange ideas with a potential writer by email or phone to find someone you are comfortable working with.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

    Hey Buddy,

Whenever you do find someone ... make sure you review OTHER work they did first. This way you don't get burned. Also, ensure they provide an outline based on your notes that you both agree on before the writing begins. This will save you from received a product you don't agree with.

I'd venture that most people who do ghostwriting actually do have written work they can show you. It'd be rather odd not to, and not everyone who has something ghostwritten is necessarily against you telling people you wrote for them.

I mean, sales pages are generally anonymous and copywriters still manage to get work.
