Please, I need help with conversions!

Hello fellow warriors,

I'm looking for some suggestions and feedback for my webite as I am not having any sales conversions. I've been using Yahoo search engine PPC to drive targeted traffic (people who want to start their own offline or online business) in the business niche market. I'm averaging about 20-30 visitors/day. Over 600 visitors and no sales. I'm thinking people think its a scam because of the large quantity of products you get for to low of price.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The url is www(dot)businessmasterextreme(dot)com (sorry, i'm a NEWBIE, so I cannot post live links).

I would like to thank all those that would like to help.

    Frank,

The thing that jumps out at me is the headline. First, why is the font so small? You're trying to get people's attention, not put them to sleep.

Second, the headline has no curiosity. No differentiation. It reads like a thousand other headlines in that niche do.

Give your prospects a reason to read on ... not the same old stuff everybody else is saying.

It's good for you, willing to spend your money on PPC.
Attracting outsiders (PPC traffic) is harder than attracting your fellow friends.
The website must be extremely attractive and luring especially when you talk at this very sensitive niche (lots of scammer involved with this niche).
My advice is promote your blog (to build up trust) before you promote the landing page with direct sale.

From my personal opinion your landing page is what I saw 5 years back when I want to start making money online (but I didnt buy it). A lot of thing can be laernt in this forum, so I really advice you to learn few of things first before spending more money on PPC.

    Just my personal opinio

I would agree with this 100%. Start a blog where you provide value and build trust. You'll also be able to build a list, to which you can market on an ongoing basis.

You should drop the scarcity tactic at the bottom, it works for some, but screams "Scam" to others, especially in the make money online niche. You can keep using scarcity, but implement it differently. Use a specific number, such as "Only 100 to be sold at this price, then it's going up forever" The key is that you have to actually do it. Raise the price after that number is sold, else you lose credibility.

Speaking of price, maybe you should charge more. Sell it for $195, and then increase the price to $295. I am saying this without seeing your content of course. You have to provide tremendous value, but if you do, you can often sell more at a higher price because of the effect of price on value perception. In addition, business owners look at ROI, so the absolute price matters primarily in the context of ROI. Are they able to generate a positive ROI using your product?

You also might consider separating it into two separate products, one targeted at online marketers, the other at off line businesses. YOu can them market more effectively by targeting your efforts( sales materials) to each groups.

The headline should be larger, and probably in quotes. Put it in red and the following lines in black, which is the reverse of what you have there.

If you can get pictures for your testimonials it would help build credibility even further.

Sorry, I think your headline needs work, but a good one isn't coming to me right now. It's getting late, and my creative juices are down to a trickle now.

I agree with both the above two posts, the tall landing page does look very old school.I
I would say the first step to improving it would be to modernise it up a little.
I have had some great conversion improvements adding video to my tall landing pages, you want to give that a go. Having videos make for you can be had quite cheaply on script lance and so forth.

It may just be me but the page didn't full load either.

      Suggestions are:

Increase your font size and widen your site layout.

Use a prompt headline that attracts your visitors.

      Offer more quality bonuses.

Make your sales page more attractive.

Be honest about what you sell.

      Build online credibility.

I'm thinking people think it's a scam because you're trying to sell "make money online" info when you've obviously got no idea how to do it yourself.

Here's a tip: Professional marketers don't ask for free advice on public forums. Instead, they hire professionals.

Using such amateurish design/copy/everything else ain't gonna help you make sales.

One of the earlier posters mentioned what I feel as well: This sales page looks like something from the 2001 or 2002 era. Header looks generic, much of the copy reads like PLR and the whole thing is lifeless, imo. I would seriously look at a complete rewrite.
(was this sales page supplied by the PLR vendor?)

I'm in agreement with everyone who's shared their thoughts.

Maybe you should pick up some Private Label Rights or Resale Rights products that were created in 2009-2010 instead of that 2002-2005 stuff you have up right now

Who's your primary customer? How do they communicate? What words would they use that evoke emotion? What emotion would motivate them to buy? How do you avoid setting of any negative emotion in the reader? You've got one phrase to get them to commit to read on. Play on the product name. For example: "Become your own master" That one phrase explains the goal. Avoid raising negatives: "nine-to-five" and "slave to job" references reminds them of how miserable they are. Intead focus on how your product will liberate them. Avoid introducing obsticales. For example, your site currently says "Start your own business" It's scary to "start" something. Put them way past starting and into active earning - "Operate your own business. Make your own success" "Take control of your life" Use words that people identify with: "Become - Operate - Make - Take"
