The best sales letter or squeeze page you've ever seen. I'll start...

With all the recent "guru" product launches lately it got me thinking about the best landing page or squeeze page I've seen recently.

I prefer pages that get to the point quickly, with stats or references from third-party sources (no more "check out my clickbank $$$ screenshots" or "watch as I log into my clickbank account" stuff due to rampant fraud and forgery now), as well as clearly communicating what the benefit is for me personally.

It really does come down to A.I.D.A. still I guess, along with proper formatting and triggers.

Anyway, here's one that had a good hook to me, caught my eye versus most of the pitches we're exposed to: https://empireformula.com/anik/page1.php

The video is too long, I'd edit half of it personally, but the page/presentation/etc seemed solid.

What are some of the most compelling and strongest squeeze pages or sales letters you've seen lately, in any niche or field? (doesn't have to be IM)

Mr. X writes some wickedly potent sales copy on any of his products. The RSD Crew over at www.RealSocialDynamics.com has copy that just lures you in, especially if you're in the target demographic. Dave Miz's site over at www.InsiderInternetDating.com has killer copy as well (I forgot who wrote the copy for that one). It's worth the opt-in just to read it. He knows how to really hit those emotional trigger points in a way that loads up the grey matter with enough dopamine that the prospect takes their wallet out before they know what's hit them!

I can't really say what's the "best" unless I'm actually privy to their conversion numbers (assuming they even track 'em), but after writing, testing, and tracking copy for as long as I have, you do notice trends and certain things that tend to work consistently.

Thats a good squeeze. I think it needs a touch more info as It seems hard for me to figure out what they are offering exactly.

However, I have been taking a similar approach lately to my squeeze pages. Short, simple, to the point. People get bored easily (happens to me all the time, lol). I'll give them all the good stuff once they decide if they need the info or not.

Why was this thread moved? WAY too aggressive moderation, this post isn't about copyrighting, it's about the overall factors that lead to a good landing page or squeeze page including, the look, the video presence (or not), and a dozen other factors.

Thanks to whomever did it, including Allan, as it's now doomed to no views when WF really could have had a good discussion.

Hey, what are we over here, chopped liver?

In defense of the moderator who moved it, your OP talks about clearly communicating benefits, getting to the point, triggers, good hooks, being compelling, offering credible proof, and even the ol' reliable AIDA formula -- that sure sounds like copywriting to me.

Not going to debate it, I've said my case. The thread was about the best sales letter or squeeze page you've seen. Nothing more, nothing less.

Good way to get yourself banned. Slagging off both the Moderators AND the owner of the forum.

It was moved because it obviously pertained to copywriting. Not "copyrighting" as you put it.

And I thought the Squeeze sucked dogballs. All that was missing was the wide angle view of the used cars he has on special this week. I clicked off after 10 seconds.

But, carry on...you obviously are an expert in the field.

I really don't hope she'll get banned for asking why the thread was moved....

I understand why the thread was moved... afterall it is about copywriting and I too believe that the best place for this thread is here in the copywriting section...

However, unfortunately, the OP is right... it'll get fewer views here.

I see...so you think she's somehow "entitled" to have the post where she thinks it'll get more views. Good luck with that.

Of course, there's a lesson right there. If people would take a break from chasing the latest GRQ crap and learn some marketing skills, they'd be a lot better off.

And we'd stop getting all these critique requests for crap sales pages written by people who haven't bothered to read the excellent advice in the sticky notes here.

          I won't hold my breath.

I agree completely! We should ban all that "GRQ" crap!

(By the way... what the heck is a GRQ?)

            You know something?

There's a difference between more views and better responses. One comes with obvious benefits, the other with dangerously misinformed sheeple advice... or worse still, amateur hour guesswork.

And whilst we're on the subject - I'm considering starting a campaign to have the Copywriting forum as the default MAIN SECTION of this entire website.

Because quite frankly, that's where it belongs.

Like Bruce, I won't hold my breath.

Oh yeah, and I wasn't too impressed with the example given either. It wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't have a strong enough hook IMO.

If there is a sales page with a video, I'm sure not seeing it. All it does is take me to the "add to cart" page. No video. No sales letter. No info other than price!

    How is this good?
