Question about lead generation page

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum I have heard about warrior but just never looked into it. I'm kicking myself now because in the past 24 hours I have gained much insight and knowledge from reading forum threads.

So here is my question. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it

I have a website that lead generation site and I wanted to know

1.) Copywriting - do I look for a writer who has more experience with lead generation then sales copy or is it mainly the same thing ?

2.) Do the techniques for sale/squeeze pages differ from a lead generation page?

    Lead Gen is usually shorter copy.

    The whole point of lead gen is so you can follow up, either by phone or email with a much more thorough, personalized pitch.

    I'm sure there are plenty of people here that have done this before.

    With that said, if you suspect long form would do better on your site, the solution is simple. Test it
