I WILL PAY SOMEONE TO ORGANIZE MY SALES LETTER

My webmaster is doing all of the below.I have the headline,bullet comments, and text in MSword,I need someone to organize it and place the text where it should go within the letter.I need someone who is capable of adding or subtracting to get a good converting sales letter..The letter should appeal to peoples emotions since thats what the product deals with.Im an investigator not a writer,but im writing about my experiences and particular cases.

This will be a fairly short letter,because if someone is gonna buy this they won't want to weed through alot of text.Thats how i would feel anyway.Im a newbie I could be wrong.I just put myself into the customers shoes.My webmaster is my mentor and I would have asked him to do the sales letter but he tends to do things exactly like everyone else ,I want to stand out and look different.I want my sales letter to be an emotion exchange,not a sales advertisement.Thats how i have it worded too.Once you see it you can see exactly where im going here

      I have the headline written and what i would consider all of the text and bullet comments.I just don't know where to stress things like in highlighter,also im not good with keeping all the paragraphs straight and organized.I think i wrote a good one,i just can't put it down in the right format and maybe some words or sentences shouljd be moved around etc etc.This is my first time so.....I don;t have alot of money but i don;t expect someone to do it for free either.
      I have the headline in the format and font and size i want.I want the text nice and big,so no one has to squint at all when reading the letter.
