We are looking for a rock star conversion manager to join our team.

We run a network of 20+ sites in the health field selling ebooks and different products. We are growing at a phenomenal rate adding sites each and every week with the goal of being the number 1 publisher of health books on clickbank within 12 months.

You will be responsible for increasing conversions on our family of sites through tweaking headlines, changing offers, testing colours etc etc.

You will need to eat, sleep and breath conversions!

We want the type of person who lies awake in bed at night thinking how you can increase conversions!

We will help you with different products for you to study but we want a self starter.

We want someone who has the runs on the board taking sites and increasing conversions.

We pay a retainer plus a very decent bonus and performance pay structure. In short, you will be rewarded with a large percentage of the sales you increase.

This percentage is open to discussion and will depend entirely on you and your achievements.
