    Pop is Tacky,

    Discourages the sale. Had to leave. To frustrating.

    Suggest a signup below the fold, or popup trigger on mouseover halfway down page.

    Like the guys said, Pop-Up a no-no. It's such a big turn off!

    And doesn't "Notice the high open percentages" sound too rude?

    And The Bullets:

    The critical part every message must have. (Without this part you're leaving money on the table)

    How to determine the best type of opt-in autoresponder. (A Single opt-in could mean less profit. Find out what it does for your business)

    Copy and proof looks good.

    I would tweak the design a bit. Test sending traffic with the top banner and without it. I think it distracts too much from your headline.
