Need some help with funny Christmas copy!!!
Happy December 19th!
I was hoping to get a little advice on an christmas card graphic that my partner and I were going to be sending out in an email as part of our holiday wishes.
Here's a little background. We run a small communications company - a big part of which is our publicity and pr campaigns (ie. getting favorable media coverage, generating stories etc).
So here's the graphic that we were going to be attaching to the email.
Hopefully it makes sense. The idea being that Santa's getting blasted by the media and will need to get some good PR in the new year. So i need some help with the copy in the corner. I think it's close, but not quite there. We don't want to be too direct in the 'hey, if you need good PR, you should come to us' and would rather it was inferred. We'd also like it fairly cheeky.
Another copy idea: "Blitzen's Bollocks!!! Mrs Claus: Remember those horrible kids who grew up to be those pr guys in Vancouver? You think they'll still be mad about the coal?"
Any ideas???? Throw them out there please! I also need a good swear word that Santa can say. Hmm, gotta be a little sensitive here otherwise would go with "JESUS CHRIST". So, something silly but santa related. Blitzen's Balls! HOLY REINDEER! MOTHER OF RUDOLPH! FLAMING ELVES!
