It's not like they are hard to find. The very same questions are asked every week.

Always remember that anything you do on forums will leave an impression. You did that on the first sentence. You are 'almost new to this industry'. So when will you actually be new, and how will the right choice of literature help you become to new?

Yes! It's woefully pedantic of me to highlight something like that, but the first impression you left on me derived from that single sentence. I'm very much with my old friend Bill, a chap from Statford-upon-Avon in dear old Blighty, when it comes to newcomers in the world of writing.

"Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them..."

Only those that are born great have little work to do. Everybody else has to work, and they have to work damn hard. Get ready for Hell (but good luck anyway! ).
