Some of you may recall a thread I made on here a while back that became a flame war. Well most of my threads don't end that way but when I start a flame war I do it in style.

I just had a much worse one. Me against 50 martial arts instructors. I swore and cussed at those suckers black and blue. As they did to me. Then they went and found a video of me gurning on youtube and that was pretty much me shot so I butted out after that ;-)

Anyway to cut a long story short I am not a pro copy writer, I am a busy guy and in my haste I totally forgot about personality rights - which is something I am fully aware of.

But as I am busy and my mind is full of a million things I stuck up that page with a list of people that perform a certain martial arts technique.

It was non-defamatory, in fact complimentary, however these martial arts instructor guys are mostly narcissists. They do not co-operate and cross promote but do negative marketing and put each other down.

So anyway I got a facebook message from one asking to remove his name - at this point I should have realized it was in breach of "Personality Rights"

But I did not. So anyway one thing led to another and I ended up in a huge flame war on another forum. I told them what a bunch of ego trippers they are and they would make more money cross promoting. But they dont want to know.

If I went in there with $100 K in my account and a 30,000 list it would be different.

I was not guilty of the latter but I was guilty of the first two. The offending copy is now removed.
