Landing page feedback

Hi everyone,

I've been following the discussions on warrior forum for a while and I'm constantly learning.

I would really appreciate any feedback on my landing page Rusdens « Rusdens and in particular

1. Do you understand the offering and if not what can I do to explain it better

2. Could this type of product be sold through affiliate marketing and how does that work

3. Any tips on increasing traffic

Big questions I know but I have to start somewhere

Thanks in advance

I'd talk more about what your product does for the company. Beyond helping with productivity, talk about limiting turnover, preventing lawsuits, (anything involving $$$$)

      Hi Nigel,

It's missing street language that connects with lazy brains.

      Examples that do...

"Give Me 5 Minutes And I'll Find $65,000 Missing In Your Law Firm

      ---------------------------------------------------------------
This slashed our staff turnover by 67% within 154 days.
Now our law firm of 18 has dumped our staff recruiter,
      saving an extra $65,000.

Peter Lowe Managing Partner Smith Lowe And Biggs
      ----------------------------------------------------------------

The lazy brain wants instant gratification.

      It wants to see money

It wants numbers to "get it"

It wants before and after results so it can see itself having them

It wants, it wants, and it wants some more.

You gotta feed the baby candy, or it will go find it elsewhere.

And you've only got 2.7 seconds to do it at first contact,
then every 2.7 seconds from there...or it's zaps you out of it's life.

The opportunity is that hardly anyone is giving what our lazy brains want.

You can be its candy feeder!

      Best,
      Ewen

Your landing page is too fancy.

As Ewan said, you have less than 3 seconds to convey your sales message.

Do you really think anyone is going to watch the slide show?

I spent over 5 seconds on the site and I still don't know what you are selling.

It looks like some sort of B2B thing. So imagine a business man in between meetings, on two phones, with someone hanging at their door.

    A lot of distractions...

How do you get their attention?

Well, the tips in peteranderson874's recommended articles are a good start.

You are going to go through a huge paradigm shift, if you want to make this work.

Thanks for all the tips, I will definitely look at replacing the slideshow and making the copy more 'snappy'

This page should answer the question "What's In It For Me?" I don't think you need to be hypy to get the main benefits across because your target audience may not like over-the-top claims. So figuring that out first is important. Can you find out their problem in their own words and use those words on this page?

I'm not liking that when you click the Learn More button opens an opt in box asking me to ask a question. At that point I don't know enough to ask a question. I really wanted to learn more what you were offering.

I would also make the opt in offer more compelling. As a business owner with employees (assuming that is your target audience), I get way too much email as it is. Why should I add another email from you? How is that going to make my life easier or offer me information that adds to my bottom line?

Chris, I've changed the wording on the opt-in box to "Sign up for a free four week course covering what is onboarding, what to including and common pitfalls" Is there anything else you would suggest I need to change?

That's not really the proper English wording, but why not say something like "Discover How Onboarding Can [Can Avoid] ....... Simply Enter Your Email For This Free Report". The .... would be your biggest benefit or the biggest desperate problem.

The Learn More button seems to be missing now.

Site looks nice, but you're confusing a home page with a landing page.

You have way too much info for a landing page - keep it short sweet and to the point.

Get their attention then lead them into learning more.
