Hey,I'm looking fr great results with solo ads and I dont know how to actually structure a high converting solo ad so Im going to outsource.I have a small budget since I blew my last $200 on some worthless offer

    Oh good, tell him to waste more money--"Odesk copywriter" and "high converting solo ad" would be considered an oxymoron.

    And seriously, blowing "your last $200 on some worthless offer" is NOT a good reason to go for the dollar bin with your marketing. Ask for your money back.

    Or, if you really can't afford to hire someone decent, then get some copywriting books and learn to do it yourself. Otherwise, you're going to be throwing good money after bad and then you'll really be annoyed.
