Tagline Ideas for Local Animal Rescue Campaign

I'm teaming up with a local animal rescue and wondering if you could help suggest some taglines for a marketing campaign. The advertising will raise money for the rescue. Thanks in advance!

Were you looking for lines that would help sell particular merchandise or taglines to motivate people to buy so that they the shelter will benefit from the sale?

The second option...taglines that would motivate people to buy...along the lines of "shop and help animals".

A tagline is a very specific description of your website or service. It's got to be very strongly benefit driven.

You'll need to provide more info than this to allow the copywriters here to proffer you their suggestions. There's not enough information here to go on for anyone to really provide very much which ultimately is going to be of any good use to you or the charity you're supporting.

The request in it's current form is too generic. You need to more specific with your request.

        Best,

        Mark Andrews

I worked with a women whose company is positioned to roast fresh, small batch coffee and use the proceeds to save dogs.

Her tagline is:“Saving man’s best friend one cup at a time.”

Click here for an open letter I wrote for her. Maybe you can get some ideas from it.

Yes. Right now all I've got is...

Buy this coupon book ...or we'll euthanize this dog.

Summertime.. we still need a bit more information. If your client sells cotton-based clothing through the shoppers guide you mentioned, your tag line could look something like this:

"Buy cotton, help save an animal"

If it's a more electronics or accessories-based shoppers guide,

"Help provide Christmas for your family and this one, too" with a picture of a bunch of cute animals underneath chillin' together, and a short blurb off to the side about how a percentage of each sale goes toward animal rescue foundations.

If you sell mink fur coats or other animal-based products like leather.. you'll like an asshole despite whatever tagline you can come up with.

Okay -- I think this is a bit lame, but I'll toss it out there. Maybe it will inspire a real copywriter to one-up me and you'll get something decent.

Businesses profiled in this flyer have donated to Furry Friends Animal Shelter. Find great deals inside and patronize socially-responsible businesses at the same time!

Thanks from your furry friends.<Insert picture of cute dogs here>

your concept is kind of tough, but when I read your description, I think you are partly appealing to women who want to view themselves as 'socially-responsible' and who also love animals. So I tried to incorporate that. Like I said, maybe someone else will top it. I set the bar pretty low, ha ha...

I knew it wouldn't take long for someone to top my idea. But I stick by my conviction that it always pays to put that stake in the ground -- a starting point, a first draft. It gives people something to improve upon Nice job, Digital Traffic.
