Autoresponder failure

1000+ confirm subscribers already gone through my 9 email autoresponders.

I have tweaked my landing page and have around 70-80 daily subscribers.

I have made $0 with my sales letters so far...

Life sucks,.

Could be a message to market mismatch.

Is what you're selling congruent with what you gave away for free?

Well that's the thing I created a very high quality ebook product.. and then I'm now selling a full product by a competitor which much more detailed workouts and I'm getting nothing.

The workout is based on the kettlebell, which is overwhelmingly fatloss, so I've crafted my sales message all based around fat loss, but no bites.

Ive also marketed a great high gravity diet programme which I don't really talk about in the diet manual. The diet product is vetry well designed for fat loss, and converting for email newsletters because it's a very streamlined video presentation.

Maybe your prospects think they got all they need in the freebie. Remember... it's not what you know they need. It's what they think they need.

I haven't seen the emails or sales page, so I really don't know where your process is breaking down.

It could be any number of reasons - what are your click-through rates to your sales page?

Perhaps your sales page isn't as strong as it should be, or maybe your emails aren't that engaging.

I've done plenty of diet and weight loss type emails and sales letters, but as Alex says, without seeing your material, it's very hard to actually comment on anything.

Your autoresponders should do a pretty good job of moving your prospect to the sales page - as much as 70% pushing them towards your product, while your sales page should do the rest of the selling - the final push so to speak.

If you're not getting the results your looking for, then you really need someone to look over everything and change it for you if needed. PM me if you want me to have a look and give you an honest opinion of any changes you might need.

Actually, just to be more precise...

It's not what the prospects say or think they need- it's what the prospects act on for their needs. Often people post the "right" answers in market research or even what people tell them.

        As an extreme analogy:
Don't ask a murderer if he killed the suspect- judge it on hard evidence.
