Mistake #2- Writing a headline that is not supported by all or any of these four pillars:

· Ultra compelling promise...
· Triggering of emotion ...
· Implied proof of promise.
How to avoid this: Write a headline that is urgent, useful, ultra-specific and unique.
Mistake #3- Writing a headline that is confusing
Example...
"I'm Going To Show You My Secret On How To Triple Your Income While Working Only 3 Days A Week For A Few Hours A Day By Using A Secret Twitter and Facebook Method That No One Else Has Ever Heard Of That Was Discovered By A Stay-At-Home Mom!"
How to avoid this: Have just one idea strongly presented in your headline.
Mistake # 4 - Writing a headline that gives the wrong message about your intention.

How to avoid this: Write no less than 12 headlines before you settle on the best. ( I normally write 25 or more)

How to avoid this: Write your headline using the AIDA approach of attention, interest, desire and action.
