      You're right I I've been approaching the marketing part all wrong, but do you have any suggestions on what I should once I take down the "story"?

    I can point out a couple of things that are probably responsible for your lack of sales.

    First of all, you're fooling people by making them click on what they think is a video. If someone fooled me into walking into a store, I would be annoyed and walk out. Fair enough if you're going to remove it, but it'd explain why you've had little to no sales so far.

    Secondly, is Truth About Abs really the right product for teenage girls interested in losing belly fat? Losing weight and working on your abs are two different things. It's important to pick the right product for the demographic you're targeting.

      Thanks for addressing that part of my question about product choice. That is why I think I'm going to switch to the Diet Solution Program instead. Do you have any thoughts on if it would be better to just use adsense vs an actual product?

    They have the need. They have the authority to purchase.

    But....I doubt that this is the kind of product that teenage girls
    would spend money on.

    That's why there are no adwords ads for the product...it aint monetizable...
    well not as far as teenage girls are concerned. (your own statistics provide the evidence)

    Now, how to lose belly fat for the over 50's would be a better market....they have money to spend (oh....and credit cards too)

    Have you actually bothered how to lose belly fat for teenage girls reading your keyword-stuffed how to lose belly fat for teenage girls copy to see how how to lose belly fat for teenage girls ridiculous it sounds (and looks)?

    It's no wonder your site isn't converting. You've created it for search engine bots instead of human beings. And the problem is, search engine bots don't have PayPal accounts.

    And speaking of PayPal - what percentage of teenage girls have debit cards, credit cards, or PayPal accounts? And how many weeks' pocket money does $47 represent for the average teenager?

    And where are these teenage girls when they visit your site - do they have time to sit through a 20-minute sales pitch video?

    Conversion rates on Clickbank products can vary wildly. For example, last year I split tested every tattoo design sales page. The best converted at one sale for every 160 hops (from my small banner ad). The worst was one per 400+ hops.

    With cold traffic, even the best sales page will only convert at around 1%. So you need to send at least several hundred visitors to a sales page before you can accurately calculate its conversion rate. (And I mean hundreds of people who've knowingly and willingly clicked on your affiliate link - not people you've tricked into clicking on it.)
