Anyone care to take a look? (Critique)

Hello warriors,

Im looking to build my list and would much appreciate a brutally honest critique of my squeeze page:

.... Review finished (thanks!)

Also, do you think the instant access button at the bottom should be removed?

Do you think the "info" given is to vague? Or should I give more "exact" program details to entice sign-ups?

p.s. And yes it is a legit program

I don't know what it does or what it will do for me, so I wouldn't bother.

Also I'd use the word software in the title rather than program.

I think I actually have a copy of that floating around somewhere though I don't use it. Don't remember what it does or where I got it though.

In any event, the free is always good, but I'd make a bigger deal of that, maybe even a count down timer if you really are planning to offer it free for a limited time (if not, then you may end up with some annoyed customers -- people really don't like being lied to). I also agree with Dave -- the whole thing sounds very vague. I'd want to know what it does specifically before I sign up.

Edit: Forgot to mention that you need an FTC disclaimer since you make an income claim.

Yeah I kind of got that same "what is it" vibe from the page, definitely going to switch it up a bit.

And BIG thanks for the FTC heads up. What if I took out the exact numbers and made it more vague, something like:

"What if you could have more money in your account in the next 48-72 hours?..."

It's not exactly making a promise, showing income, or even saying what type of account, just asking a curious question. I just wonder how attention grabbing that is compared to what I have now.

    p.s.
@erichammer: You do not have this floating around somewhere, unless you created it. :p

Im open for a few more reviews.

In that case, I probably have something with a very similar name and similar graphics because it looks very familiar. As for the FTC disclaimer, as far as I know (I'm not a lawyer so my advice cannot be construed as legal advice), any kind of income claim of any kind, even a vague one requires a disclaimer that there are no guarantees of income and that people may lose money on the deal. If I were you, I'd put it in and just leave it there. Better that than to end up getting hit by a lawsuit from the FTC later on.
