Re; Proof reading tool?

Hi

I constantly use spell check for my writing but I would also like to find an excellent proof reading tool to double check my content. As my work grows I need a software assistant to ensure professionalism and accuracy.

Thanks
Cherie

Grammarly, StyleWriter, and Whitesmoke are software solutions that might be what along the lines you are looking for. You can find them listed on the resources page in the Grammar and Proofing section at Copywriting Resources - CopywriterBooks.com.

You're welcome. I've used StyleWriter and it generally works well, depending on what kind of writing is required. At first it seems overly picky but once you get used to it (it's trained you and you've trained it), overall writing and readability really does improve. This is especially useful for reports, B2B, corporate copy, magazine articles, and other mass communications where there is a need for clear, neutral copy.
