The elements of my copy

Hello everyone,

I'm taking a shot at my first copy. Here's the order of the elements. I kindly ask everyone who could give some pointers if the order is right.

  1. Headline stating the benefits
  2. Opening that asks the reader if he experiences the benefits stated in the headline
  3. A read this page to find out ... section
  4. Telling the reader why it needs to change through a case study/story that highlights the negative feelings.
  5. Telling the reader how would it feel to change and fix the problems.
  6. Suggesting how the reader tried to solve the problem, but didn't get the results he wanted.
  7. Suggesting the reader what will happen if he doesn't solve the problem, reinforcing that it's not his fault (taking pressure off of him this way).
  8. Suggesting a general solution, preparing the field for the offer.
  9. Showing how hard is it to put together the solution all by themselves, and that it's not available on the internet. (Just weak attempts.)
  10. Introducing the solution
  11. Section: Why it works
  12. Section: How it works
  13. Section: How it helped others (testimonials)
  14. Section: How it helped me
  15. Why it's unique
  16. What it includes + bonuses
  17. CTA
  18. A summary of the benefits
  19. FAQ
  20. CTA

The copy is almost ready, I still have to work a little on the last part. The problem I currently face is that my copy has currently 6,800 words, and it's still not ready!
Just to give you an idea, the price point will be around $49. Isn't it too long for such a price?

I'll post the link to the copy once it's ready.

Thanks in advance for every input.

I can't imagine copy getting to that length often, especially not for a $49 product. Heck, that might be enough to script a half hour infomercial :p.
